Nubeo Pays Homage to the Starfleet in an Inaugural ‘Star Trek’ Watch Collaboration
Arriving in Explorer Yellow, Danger Red, Warp Blue and Beam Black colorways.
Nubeo is a watch brand with a penchant for space and deep-sea exploration. Now, for its latest watch offering, the brand is bringing a touch of classic sci-fi into the mix. Partnering with the Star Trek franchise for the first time, Nubeo reveals the Magellan Automatic Star Trek Starfleet Limited Edition in four expressive colorways: Explorer Yellow, Danger Red, Warp Blue and Beam Black.
Each version is designed with the intrepid Starfleet in mind, starring its emblematic insignia as the heart of the multi-layered, lume-filled dial. The engraved phrase, “TO BOLDLY WHERE NO ONE HAS GONE BEFORE,” encircles the arrowhead-shaped emblem, which serves as a reference to the title sequence of the original 1960s Star Trek TV series.
Clad in stainless steel, the watch case boasts a 48mm case size and wears like a statement on the wrist. Each given colorway is reflected on the dial, inner bezel as well as on the accompanying rubber strap. Inside the reference, beats the Japan-made M-SII-NH35 automatic movement that powers its three-hand and date functionalities.
Limited to 200 pieces per colorway, the Magellan Automatic Star Trek Starfleet Limited Edition is now available to order through Nubeo’s webstore, each retailing for $1,450 USD.
