Balenciaga has unveiled a collaboration with Need for Speed Mobile for special in-game content and physical merchandise. The offerings insert the Balenciaga style into the Entertainment Arts open-world racing game.

The fashion house designed several custom car liveries and character outfits so players can race their opponents in style. One of the car designs features the signature Balenciaga caution tape wrapping the car while the other designs stay sleek and minimal. The digital outfits offer the house’s recognizable style like head-to-toe black looks complete with face coverings, motorcycle jackets, logo jerseys and chunky sneakers. Some items will be available in the Need for Speed in-game shop while others are only unlocked after certain activities are completed.

In addition to the designs, observant players can spot Balenciaga’s London flagship with its signature raw architecture when racing on the London map. Another map provides a first look at the brand’s forthcoming Shanghai Taikoo Hui flagship.

The physical merchandise includes T-shirts, hoodies, track jackets, track pants, and baseball caps featuring the Need for Speed logo on the front and “NFS” written in Balenciaga caution tape on the back. Each garment also contains a scannable Near Field Communication chip which gives users early access to exclusive Need for Speed Mobile content.

In-game content is available now for Chinese Need for Speed Mobile users and physical merchandise is available on Balenciaga’s China website and select stores in China.
