Soho House Announces Its First Japan Location
Set to open in 2026, Soho House’s inaugural Japan location will be located in Tokyo’s Aoyama neighborhood.

Soho House is adding a new location to their worldwide offerings with Soho House Tokyo set to open in 2026. Located in the city’s Aoyama district, Soho House Tokyo will become the fourth Soho House in Asia after Soho House Mumbai, Soho House Hong Kong and Soho House Bangkok all opened in the past six years.
Aesthetically, Soho House Tokyo infuses minimalist Japanese design into the warm and intimate style that the collection of members-only clubs has become known for. The new club will spare no expense with four floors, club space, a rooftop pool and terrace, 42 bedrooms, and event spaces.
“Soho House has a strong connection with Tokyo and has been bringing together interesting, diverse Japanese creatives for the past eight years through our Cities Without Houses membership,” said Dominique Bellas, Soho House’s Membership for its Cities Without Houses initative. “We can’t wait to open our first House in Japan and welcome more of the incredible talent in the capital city to be part of our global membership community.”
Soho House Tokyo will be included in the Cities Without Houses membership, a remote program whose members can visit Soho House locations around the world when traveling and attend special events in surrounding cities.
Applications for Cities Without Houses Tokyo membership are open now. Cities Without Houses membership is $3,700 USD per year or $1,730 USD per year if you are under the age of 27.
