Rihanna is the fresh face of Dior’s classic J’Adore fragrance line. In the French fashion house’s push to enliven the signature scents, the Barbadian powerhouse will appear in her inaugural campaign—shot by Steven Klein, of course—for the perfume on September 1, according to Business of Fashion.

The Fenty titan was named the first Black ambassador for Dior in 2015, and she’s since maintained a relationship with the brand while engaging in her various independent business endeavors over the last nine years. Now, she’s signed a new contract with the House ahead of its next J’adore launch, which is slated to be its largest since 2018.

“Being the new face of J’adore is both an honor and a mission,” Rih said via the outlet. “I am especially looking forward to joining this adventure and contributing to it through my world, my story, my roots, as well as my creativity and my own femininity.”

“The unusual talent, audacity, and captivating beauty of this absolute star are the ideal embodiment of dazzling, powerful Dior femininity that transcends generations,” CEO Véronique Courtois said. She added that “Christian Dior would most definitely have adored her.”
