King Krule Drops 'SHHHHHHH!' EP on Streaming Services
Four songs previously only available via flexi disc.
King Krule has surprised fans by unearthing a new four-track EP. Entitled SHHHHHHH!, the project isn’t new music, per se; all of the tracks saw a solely physical release – flexi-glass exclusives sold during the shows of his 2023 SHHHHHHH! Tour – but, for the first time ever, are now available to stream digitally on all DSPs.
The project spans just under 12 minutes, and its songs include “Achtung,” “Time For Slurp,” “Whaleshark,” and “It’s All Soup Now” – the second of which arrives in tandem with a music video directed by Archy Marshall himself.
In the smooth and simple black-and-white visual, the musician floats down the river in a boat alongside his bandmates Ignacio Salvadores and George Bass.
SHHHHHHH! – which arrives just over a year after his last LP, Space Heavy – is now also available as a 7” vinyl on Marshall’s website.
“We have pressed the flexi disks up from last year, into a more life long-lasting object. Now can be bought as a vinyl and listened to easier,” he wrote in an Instagram caption.
