Barry Keoghan Is the Face of OMEGA's New Speedmaster Moonwatch
From ‘Saltburn’ to Speedmaster.
Actor Barry Keoghan is the latest OMEGA ambassador, serving as the face of the Speedmaster Moonwatch Bi-Colour collection launch. Though this marks the official launch of Keoghan and OMEGA’s partnership, the Academy Award winner has long been a fan of the brand, even sporting a 1930s Lépine “Sideros” pocket watch to the Met Gala.
The Speedmaster Moonwatch has been the choice of astronauts for decades, and has even played a role in every moon landing. Its new Bi-Color makeup boasts a contrast style that incorporates two materials: stainless steel and 18K “Moonshine” gold. The silvery dial is framed by a black ceramic bezel, featuring the tachymeter scale in OMEGA Ceragold, while the contrasting subdials are also presented in galvanic 18K Moonshine Gold. Another colorway makes use of rose gold, playing its inclusion up by using it across the watch’s entire face while the subdials are presented in bkack.
The partnership marks another notch in Keoghan’s belt, as he’s experienced a monumental rise over the past year. From his highly discussed role in Saltburn to his current relationship with singer Sabrina Carpenter going public last month to a great deal of fanfare his hot streak doesn’t appear to be stopping anytime soon.
The Speedmaster Moonwatch Bi-Colour collection is now available for customers to buy at selected OMEGA Boutiques, and each watch is priced at $18,100 USD.
