Massena Lab Reunites With Raúl Pagès for Limited-Edition Absinthe Watch
Arriving in an elegant 38.5mm case size.

After co-creating a limited-edition 1952 Observatory Dial watch for Phillips, Massena LAB joins forces with prize-winning watchmaker Raúl Pagès again to materialize another collaborative wristwatch. Entitled Absinthe, the timepiece spotlights an ombré dial in a hypnotic green that comes in an elegant dress watch profile, measuring 38.5mm in width and cased in stainless steel.
This striking timekeeper is a sequel to Raúl Pagès and Massena LAB’s Magraph, their first collaborative watch which was also nominated for the GPHG 2023 “Petite Aiguille” prize. For this new limited-edition, the duo draws inspiration from both its namesake spirit but also nature’s serene allure. The hue is reminiscent of Scotland and Ireland’s green hills, Italy’s Lake Carezza as well as 19th century Parisian literature and art.
Accentuating the vertically brushed dial are rhodium-plated indices, small-seconds subdial and leaf-style hour and minute hands. Inside the refreshing and bold watch face is the M690 caliber, a new iteration of Massena LAB’s M660 movement that powers the timekeeper with 60 hours of power reserve.
Available to order via Massena LAB’s website, the Absinthe limited edition has a run of 99 examples only. Retailing for $8,675 USD, a $2,000 USD deposit is required to make the purchase, while an additional chronometer certification at the Horological Society of New York is available for $300 USD.
