Fireboy DML Drops New Song "Everyday"

Nigerian superstar Fireboy DML has officially dropped his first solo track for the year. Titled “Everyday,” he details his daily love interests in the new song.
While the singer does show his new sound evolution, he embraces a more grounded and culturally resonant vibe with traditional African beats as the backdrop. The track is underpinned by saxophones and shakers, giving the tune a more complex soundtrack. Emotional lyrics come through, showing themes of longing and affection that his fans can relate to. The record comes shortly after he made his Coachella debut where on weekend two he joined Jon Batiste for a performance of “Drink Water.”
Fireboy DML has come a long way since hitting the Nigerian music scene in 2019. This track was produced by Blaise Beatz, who gave it the signature soulful and smooth notes. In tandem with the release, Fireboy DML released the official lyric video. Take a look above or listen below.
