The first post-ICEMAN New Music Friday is upon us, and it comes equipped with a solid lineup of longform releases and one-off singles from some of our favorite A-listers and underground names. Everything we’re listening to first below.

Bladee – Sulfur Surfer (Out Now)

Ushered in by “Blondie,” Bladee‘s Sulfur Surfer arrives just in time for summer. Bladee’s first release since 2024’s Cold Visions, Sulfur Surfer hears the Drain Gang musician envision a new narrative world, riddled with a wide range of references.

JPEGMAFIA – EXPERIMENTAL RAP (Out Now)

Catalyzing significant internet discourse on what qualifies as “experimental” music comes JPEGMAFIA‘s new album, entitled none other than EXPERIMENTAL RAP. The project follows up his 2024 I LAY DOWN MY LIFE FOR YOU, and spans a lengthy 25 songs. Primarily a solo effort from Peggy, the record features assistance from Buzzy Lee, who was also featured on I LAY DOWN MY LIFE FOR YOU.

Liim – ”R.I.P. Peace” (Out Now)

We’ve been eyeing this one for a minute. Liim’s “R.I.P Peace” was worth the wait, complete with a Blood Orange “Champagne Coast”-coded music video.

fakemink – Terrified

One of the most anticipated releases of the week: fakemink‘s first formal project as fakemink. Terrified has been a long time in the making, preceded by his The Boy Who Cried Terrified. EP, the start of his headlining tour, and months of build-up as he’s continued to cement himself as one to watch. “Night, Blooming Jasmine.” was the only lead single we got, but mink premiered the entire project earlier today at a hometown listening party in Essex.

6LACK – LOVE IS THE NEW GANGSTA

Trust us on this one; we heard it early. Last weekend, 6LACK hosted an intimate show in New York City to debut his LOVE IS THE NEW GANGSTA album. The 15-track follow up to 2023’s Since I Have a Lover is bolstered by appearances from Leon Thomas, AZ Chike, 2 Chainz, Mereba, Odeal, Young Thug, and QUIN.

Lelo – Pink Tiles (Out Now)

New Detroit just casually went back-to-back with two impressive EPs. On the heels of Mastiff‘s release on May 5, Lelo just reminded us all not to sleep on him with another solid six-tracker that comes packaged as Mastiff: Pink Tiles.

Veeze – Y’all Won

About time. Veeze is giving the fans what they want with his new mixtape Y’all Won, which comes stacked with all of the songs we’ve been waiting for the rapper to drop.

LISA, ANITTA, REMA, – “GOALS” (Out Now)

The 2026 World Cup is shaping up to be quite the music moment. The latest cut lifted from the official soundtrack comes from three of the biggest global artists in the world – LISA, ANITTA, and REMA – converging for the first time ever on “GOALS.”

Stormzy, Odeal – “24 Hours”

Stormzy hasn’t dropped a song in over two years. Until tonight. The UK superstar will team up with emerging new-era talent Odeal for the single “24 Hours.”

Osamason – “off that!” (Out Now)

For Osamason‘s birthday, he gifted us a tour announcement and a new single. The synth-dipped “off that!” just might be ushering in a new album era for the rapper, paired with a slate of European, Australian and UK tour dates billed as the Psykturnal tour.

Vince Staples – “White Flag” (Out Now)

We’re just one week out from Vince Staples‘ new project Cry Baby, and the rapper keeps surprising us with new singles. The latest is dubbed “White Flag,” which comes with a music video that continues to expand on the concepts and aesthetic introduced in last month’s “Blackberry Marmalade” visual.

kwn – “touch myself / idea of love”

Ahead of kwn’s and all pride aside EP release in late June, the rising R&B star will lift the veil on a dreamy new two-pack, complete with tracks “touch myself” and “idea of love” – the latter of which she recently premiered live on A COLORS SHOW.

French Montana, Max B – Wave Gods 2: Cosmos Brothers

It’s officially summer in New York City. Max B and French Montana are back with their latest collaborative endeavor, Wave Gods 2: Cosmos Brothers.

Majid Jordan – “COLD”

We’re so back. Canada duo Majid Jordan is returning with new single “COLD.”
