Alfa Romeo has unveiled the Giulia and Stelvio Quadrifoglio Super Sport models, a celebratory limited series that doubles as an homage to the brand’s illustrious motorsport heritage and a send-off for its Twin-Turbo V6 powertrain.

Notably, the launch commemorates Alfa Romeo’s first victory at the 1928 Mille Miglia with the iconic 6C 1500 Super Sport. As for the new Super Sport models, the Giulia is set to see a global production run limited to just 275 models and the Stelvio an even more exclusive 175 models.

To further accentuate the limited edition nature of the models, the design team at Alfa Romeo Centro Stile has slightly altered the Quadrifoglio logo, replacing its traditional white background with a black one. While at first glance this may seem like a slight change, it’s actually quite significant for the brand and marks the first alteration to the logo in over a century.

As for the powertrain, both the Giulia and Stelvio models feature a formidable 2.9L twin-turbo V6 engine that generates 520 hp, coupled with a mechanical limited-slip differential that enhances traction and vehicle dynamics. This setup derives from the Giulia GTA and aims to elevate the driving experience by optimizing torque distribution and enhancing cornering speed.

The exterior of the Quadrifoglio Super Sport models showcases a tasteful use of carbon fiber, visible on various parts including the optional roof for Giulia, the scudetto “V,” and the rearview door mirrors. Each vehicle also features Alfa Romeo’s Teledial sports alloy wheels — 19-inch for Giulia and 21-inch for Stelvio — and are available in distinctive paint options like tri-coat Etna Red and metallic Vulcano Black.

Interior highlights include a sporty 3D carbon fiber finish with a red weave on the dashboard, central tunnel and door panels. The front headrests are adorned with the red Alfa Romeo and Super Sport logos and a unique number signifying the vehicle’s place within the limited series.

Additional updates and upgrades include lightweight construction through the use of aluminum and carbon fiber, adaptive full-LED matrix headlights, Akrapovič exhaust systems and fully digital 12.3-inch TFT infotainment screens. As for pricing, the Giulia is set to start at £82,815 EUR or approximately $105,000 USD and the Stelvio at £91,835 EUR or $116,000 USD — available to order via Alfa Romeo’s official site while supply lasts.
