The North Face and Tokyo Design Collective Unveil Their First Collaborative Capsule

The North Face has partnered with creative designer hub, Tokyo Design Collective (TDC) to co-create their first-ever collaborative capsule collection.
Born from the desire to craft functional apparel that addresses the needs of urban explorers, comfort and wearability become the core aspects of the collection. Premium fabrics form the basis of the pieces, which are then brought to life through innovative garment construction. From oversized and breezy silhouettes to free-flowing cuts that evoke an airy mood, every piece also promotes a timeless and versatile appeal with ample styling potential for the warmer seasons.
Spotlighted styles from the lineup include the long parka jackets that are composed of lightweight nylon to give them a refreshing translucent look that’s reminiscent of cicada wings under bright sunlight. The same airiness is translated onto various silhouettes, spanning T-shirts, skirts, shorter jackets and footwear
