Billionaire Boys Club Drops New York Yankees Capsule Collection
Continuing its partnership, just in time for baseball season.
Billionaire Boys Club is gearing up for baseball season with another collaboration with the New York Yankees. The titular streetwear brand founded by multi-hyphenates NIGO and Pharrell Williams has partnered with the legacy MLB team once again for another year-long, multi-drop collection.
Blending Japanese and American streetwear influences with the rich heritage of the popular baseball team, Billionaire Boys Club and the New York Yankees drop the first capsule of their collaboration. This capsule includes a hoodie, t-shirt and hat that feature the iconic Yankees branding and team logo. The New Era hat comes in a custom patchwork. Combining both brands’ monikers, the t-shirt features the classic baseball diamond with the BBC astronaut. The co-branded pieces are all baseball coded, adding a streetwear flair to team spirit.
The collaboration will bring forward a series of special-edition capsules throughout the year. The collaboration will include a selection of statement pinstripe designs, an exclusive trucker hat, bomber jacket and more. The first drop of the collaboration releases on April 11 at BBC ICECREAM global flagships and online.
