Kendrick Lamar has spoken. As the rap beef saga of the moment continues to evolve – sweeping more people into its ever-so-expansive orbit – Lamar has shared his piece on his new cut “euphoria.”

Clocking in at six minutes long, the track arrives on the heels of Drake‘s recent diss tracks “Push Ups” and “Taylor Made Freestyle” – the latter of which was taken off streaming due to unapproved artificial intelligence usage from 2Pac’s estate.

Lamar directly references this in the second verse, “I hate when I rap, I talk about guns, then somebody die / They turn it to nons’, then hop online, like “Pray for my city” / He fakin’ for likes and digital hugs / His daddy a killer, he wanna be junior, they must’ve forgot the shit that they done / The mention must run in his family, but let it get shaky I park your son / The very first time I shot me a drac’, the homie had told me that “Aim it this way” / I didn’t point down enough, today I show you I learn from those mistakes / Somebody had told that me you got a ring, on God, I’m ready to double the wage / I rather do that, than let a comedian n***a make Pac turn in his grave .”

“Yeah, Cole and Aubrey know I’m a selfish n***a / The crown is heavy, huh,” he continues, calling out J.Cole by name as well.

“I pray they my real friends, if not, I’m YNW Melly / I don’t like you poppin’ sh*t, that sh*t for real, I inherit the beef / Yeah, f*ck all that pushin’ P, let me see you push-a-T / You better off spinnin’ again on him, you think about pushin’ me?”

“It’s always been about love and hate, now let me say I’m the biggest hater / I hate the way that you walk, the way that you talk / I hate the way you sneak diss, if I catch flight, it’s gon’ be direct,” he gains more momentum about four minutes in, before asserting “I like Drake with the melodies, I don’t like Drake when he act tough.”

Lamar also shouts out Lil Yachty and Sexyy Red and pokes fun at Drake’s “The Boy” nickname and demeanor.

“Some sh*t just cringeworthy / It ain’t even gotta be deep I guess … I know they call you The Boy, but where’s the man / ‘Cause I ain’t seen him yet.”

While “euphoria” is not yet available to stream on DSPs at the time of writing, stream the track in the YouTube video above – and stay tuned to Hypebeast for more updates.
