District Vision is constantly building on its lineup of sporty, modern sunglasses. From the goggle-like Takeyoshis to the aviator Nagatas, all of its shades are constructed in Japan and designed specifically for maximum fit and protection during athletic activities.

The brand has now returned with its latest pair: the Yusuke Alpine Blade Ti. Arriving in the brand’s signature rainbow ombre colorway, as well as a graphite and an icy gray, the shades feature proprietary D+ lenses, a shatterproof type of polycarbonate. It’s also treated with anti-reflective and oleophobic coatings for any water or dirt that one may encounter.

The frame is made out of lightweight titanium, which the brand describes as “aerospace grade.” One of the main pulls of the Yusuke is the adjustable nose pads and temple tips. When wearing sunglasses while skiing or snowboarding, a snug fit is essential, so the movable parts allow users to customize the shape to best suit them.

Although District Vision is most associated with running, the high-rise lens shape of the Yusukes is designed to accommodate two-wheeled activities and winter sports where users may have a helmet on. The shades are bigger than its other offerings, so those who want a sleeker pair for their daily jogs may want to opt for a pair like the Koharu.

District Vision’s Yusuke Alpine Blade Ti is priced at $635 USD and is available for pre-order online.
