One of These Days SS24 Drop 1 Looks to the ‘Summer of Love’
The first of a three-part collection.

Since 2019, artist Matt McCormick has been refining his vision of Americana-infused streetwear with his brand, One of These Days. In expanding its portfolio, the label is looking to the ‘Summer of Love’ with Drop 1 of its Spring/Summer 2024 collection.
Dubbed A Fantasy, the new collection explores the light and darkness within the lifespan of ‘Summer of Love’ in America through a three-part series. So, Drop 1 is kicking off the exploration with 13 pieces. In the wardrobe, you’ll find collegiate-inspired knitwear, washed painter pants, embroidered floral camp shirts, sweatpants and graphic tees. What’s clear about the new drop is the brand’s continued Americana ethos.
“Our SS24 collection is broken up into three chapters which tell the story of the rise and fall of the ‘Summer of Love,’” said McCormick. “Each chapter explores a specific music festival, which in turn, tell the story of a swiftly changing counterculture in America. Chapter one is the Monterey Pop Festival, the first real ‘hippie’ music fest that also became the blueprint for just about every music festival that’s happened since.”
