DJ Khaled’s former Miami mansion has hit the market by ONE Sotheby’s International Realty for $16.39 million USD.
Located at 3914 Island Estates, One of the standout features of the waterside home is the producer’s iconic sneaker closet. With storage for over 500 pairs of sneakers, the 1,000 square foot closet features hardwood flooring, floor-to-ceiling shelving and DJ Khaled’s “We The Best” logo. In 2022, the closet was made available for two overnight stays through Airbnb.
The home features five bedrooms, seven bathrooms, half an acre of land and was purchased by the producer in 2015 for $3.84 million USD. Khaled later spent an additional $2.5 million USD in renovations including the sneaker closet, movie theater, master bedroom and more. Other key features include three 14-karat gold chandeliers with Swarovski crystals, a pool, a bamboo grove, a fire pit, a 50-foot boat dock and more. The house was later sold for $4.8 million USD in 2020 and is now back on the market.
