Nike and Ja Morant are releasing another vibrant basketball shoe, this time a nod to the Big Apple. The “NY vs NY” colorway honors the famous summer basketball tournament that sees athleticism dominate the outdoor courts of the great metropolis.

Arriving in a court blue, hyper pink, aquarius blue, black and bright mandarin color scheme to capture the summer palette of NYC. The shoe is known for its comfort and durability on and off the court and features the “NY vs NY logo on the lateral heel alongside the trophy graphic on the insole. The Swoosh logo in neon pink TPU complements the mismatched tongue branding. The heel sees Ja Morant’s No. 12 accented on the heel. Sitting on top of a light blue midsole and a blue to pink gradient semi-translucent rubber outsole, the shoe is fit for the summer.

The Nike Ja 1 “NY vs NY” arrives in select retailers and online at Nike on June 1 for $130 USD.
