Maison Margiela and Gentle Monster Reveal Latest Eyewear Collaboration Campaign
Donning Margiela’s Co-Ed SS24 collection.

At the end of last month, it was announced that Maison Margiela and Gentle Monster teamed up again for another eyewear collaboration. The two first began their relationship last spring, so the latest effort proves to expand their forward-facing vision. In bringing that to light, Maison Margiela and Gentle Monster have revealed the collection’s new campaign.
Shot by Jordan Hemingway, the new campaign offers a look at the lineup of 17 genderless designs all embedded with Margiela’s distinct artisanal vision. Comprised of ten sunglass and seven eyeglass designs, what stands out are the new artisanal leather-wrapped frames and temple-less constructions. With the acetate frames, the brands toss up shades of black, gray, white, cream, tortoiseshell and transparent. On the other hand, the leather-framed pieces see black, khaki, ivory and blue. Of course, the finishing detail of the frames is Margiela’s signature white stitching.
Additionally, with the new range, the two brands take their effort a step further as they’ve revealed more frames this time around. Complimenting the eyewear is a range of pieces from Maison Margiela’s Co-Ed Spring/Summer 2024 collection. Take a look at the new campaign in the gallery above.
The new Maison Margiela x Gentle Monster eyewear collection is set to launch on Thursday, March 7 online.
