KidSuper Readies Second Spring 2024 Drop
With illustrative trench coats, football-inspired jerseys, formal cuff trousers and more.
After dropping the first installment from his Spring/Summer 2024 collection, “Theater Play,” last week, KidSuper has returned with a second delivery from the art-filled range.
Building on the first round’s painterly nature, designer Colm Dillane’s next batch of goods is just as easel-inspired. Statement trench coats boast the artist’s kaleidoscopic face illustrations, while others don Dillane’s intricate sketches and doodles in blue ink. Button-down shirts, lined with cursive “KidSuper Studios” iconography, host several of the brand’s hero graphics, while silky scarves and slim ties similarly take from the creative director’s bold canvases.

However, the second drop’s star silhouettes are the cuff trousers, which expose the ankle with careful textile layering that mimics that of a classic blazer and Oxford shirt on the wrist. Here, the inventive design comes in gray, black and blue colorways, subverting traditional formalwear codes in signature KidSuper fashion.
Like the first release, the second lineup includes “KidSuper Brooklyn Botanical Football Club” gear, pictured with branded cleats and soccer balls in the lookbook. Additionally, building on the former offering’s luminous green and blue suits, the brand returns with more casual, roomier trousers in the same saturated finishes.
