Felix Art Fair has taken over Los Angeles, with Dover Street Market’s (DSM) LA location joining in on the fun with an expansive range of special collaborations prepared for the event — tapping everyone from KAWS to Kiko Kostadinov. In addition to what the boutique announced previously, it has now been reported that a collaborative take on the adidas Samba is dropping as well.

Previously, DSM connected with adidas for two Stan Smiths in white and black, removing the perforated Three Stripes at the lateral and adding DSM branding to the left shoe’s heel. With this initial preview of the DSM x adidas Samba, a traditional black colorway of the staple has been assembled with one notable change — DSM’s house logo appears at the left shoe’s tongue.

At the time of writing, Dover Street Market has yet to confirm any release details regarding its collaborative take on the adidas Samba. However, it’s said to be releasing this weekend at Felix Art Fair. Stay tuned for updates, including the possibility of a second colorway dropping, which would likely be in white.
