Headie One Drops Hard-Hitting Track and Video “Socials”
Following last year’s ‘Strength To Strength’ mixtape.
Headie One has returned with a new single following his collaborative mixtape with K-Trap late last year. The 10-song Strength To Strength debuted in September, seeing the two UK talents blend their sounds and flows.
One has now shared a song called “Socials,” delivered in his distinct drill style.
“We all know the opps love socials / Why you think—, shh, got shot with a Canon?” he raps. “And the next opp got shot with a GoPro? / Handy got a long nose, Pinocchio.”
“Socials” debuted alongside a music video that sees One swipe through socials, liking photos of women and videos on TikTok.
The visual closes off with footage from the rapper’s actual marketing ideating his next video. “Obviously we’ve got a brand new video to make for you,” a woman says. “The two most important words right now: TikTok.”
