Albino & Preto Linked Up With '47 for an MLB Collection
The collaboration sees the worlds of baseball and jiu-jitsu collide.
Albino & Preto is constantly rolling out releases in partnership with other brands that allow the label to touch on various interests aside from their usual space. This is mainly due to A&P’s founder Arvie Gimeno’s love for street culture and other aspects beyond the mat. Following its recent collaboration with G-SHOCK, where the duo put out a spin on the iconic DW-6900, the leading jiu-jitsu brand together with ‘47 stacked up a Major League Baseball collection.
The collaboration showcases a lineup of martial arts workwear embellished with eight team logos from the Los Angeles Dodgers, Boston Red Sox to the New York Yankees. To further promote the unity between the two sports, snapback caps were made with ‘47 that parallel the gi range. Sealing the deal are heavyweight cotton t-shirts featuring the team emblems.
Look out for the collection to launch on the Albino & Preto website on March 27 at 11AM PST.
