Marvel Studios Names Pedro Pascal, Vanessa Kirby, Joseph Quinn and Ebon Moss-Bachrach as New Fantastic Four
‘WandaVision’ producer and director Matt Shakman will helm the upcoming reboot.
After much speculation, Marvel Studios has officially announced the cast of the upcoming Fantastic Four reboot.
Marvel’s First Family will be comprised of Pedro Pascal as Reed Richards/Mister Fantastic, Vanessa Kirby as Susan Storm/The Invisible Woman, Joseph Quinn as Johnny Storm/The Human Torch and Ebon Moss-Bachrach as Ben Grimm/The Thing. The main villain of the film is yet to be announced, but many are assuming that it will be the franchise’s main antagonist, Victor von Doom/Dr. Doom.
WandaVision producer and director Matt Shakman will helm the reboot while Josh Friedman, Jeff Kaplan and Ian Springer wrote the screenplay. Filming is rumored to begin this summer with a confirmed premiere date of July 25, 2025.
This Fantastic Four reboot will mark the first film in the Marvel Cinematic Universe following three titles from 20th Century Fox in 2005, 2007 and, most recently, 2015.
