Danish singer and producer Erika de Casier has returned with a new song from her forthcoming album Still. For “Ice,” she teamed up with a rap duo hailing from Tampa, Florida, called They Hate Change.

“Ice – you put it all on me / Hot and cold – you’re so indecisive,” de Casier sings. “ Falling harder every time you ghost me / Next minute in your arms like it’s all gone.”

Vonne Parks and Andre Gainey jump in with their own bars, infusing de Casier’s indie style with a hip-hop twist.

The track also arrived with an original music video filmed through FaceTime calls. De Casier calls the rappers as she walks through the train station while her collaborators are backdropped by the beach.

Still is slated to be released on February 21, following her 2019 debut Essentials and 2021’s Sensational. The singer will be heading on tour to promote Still this Spring, kicking off with a show on March 26 at Montreal’s Theatre Fairmount.
