Naughty Dog Officially Announces New Game 'Intergalactic: The Heretic Prophet'
Following the story of a bounty hunter who gets stranded on a distant planet.
The Last of Us developers Naughty Dog has officially announced its newest game, Intergalactic: The Heretic Prophet.
Premiered at The Game Awards, Intergalactic: The Heretic Prophet stars actress Tati Gabrielle and is set thousands of years in the future. The PlayStation 5 exclusive follows the story of Jordan A. Mun, “a dangerous bounty hunter” that ends up stranded on Sempiria, a distant planet “whose communication with the outside universe went dark hundreds of years ago.”
The description continues, “In fact, anyone who’s flown to it hoping to unravel its mysterious past was never heard from again. Jordan will have to use all her skills and wits if she hopes to be the first person in over 600 years to leave its orbit.”
As The Verge reports, actor Kumail Nanjiani will also be part of the project but no further announcements have been made.
