Victoria Monét Unveils 'A Jaguar II Christmas: The Orchestral Arrangements'
A festive, instrumental transformation of her sophomore album with titles like “Stop (Askin Me 4Gifts)” and “Cadillac Christmas.”
After announcing its release just five days ago via Instagram, Victoria Monét has dropped her festive flip on her acclaimed sophomore studio project JAGUAR II.
On A Jaguar II Christmas: The Orchestral Arrangements, the originally 11-track album is shortened and stripped of its vocals. Rounding out at eight tracks, some of the song’s titles are reworked – “Stop (Askin Me 4Shyt)” becomes “Stop (Askin Me 4Gifts).” Some songs lean fully into the Christmas component, fully interpolating the cut into the OG, while others rely more on the JAGUAR II track and give Jingle Bells a backseat. A Jaguar II Christmas marks the third version of JAGUAR II, which landed its deluxe version back in October.
