Jonathan Anderson and Harry Styles' New Collaboration Is Flying High
With balloon-filled cardigans, color-popping sheer tops, eclectic bag charms and more.

Just days after winning the 2024 Designer of the Year trophy at this year’s British Fashion Awards, Jonathan Anderson has joined forces with Harry Styles’ Pleasing label for a balloon-filled, color-popped collaboration under his JW Anderson banner.
“This is a collaboration that we’ve been dreaming of for a long time, since the birth of Pleasing,” Harry Lambert, the brand’s creative director and Styles’ longtime stylist, told WWD. Notably, Lambert interned for Anderson during his namesake brand’s infancy, and he famously dressed Styles in a color-blocked JW Anderson cardigan during a rehearsal for his performance on The Today Show that went viral under the hashtag #HarryStylesCardigan in 2020. Now, the two have tied the bow with a fully-fledged ready-to-wear and accessories collaboration.

Highlights from the 12-piece collection include the “Bunch of Balloons” cardigan, which sees a slew of colorful balloons flying over the shoulder of a collared knit silhouette, and the “Balloon Star” long-sleeve, which hosts a cluster of star-shaped balloons in the center of the torso. Elsewhere, a semi-sheer shirt is covered in kaleidoscopic balloons, while crewnecks and hoodies boast both brands’ classic iconography.
In accessories, the duo designed a new Bumber 15 bag in a green-black color scheme, as well as green balloon star bag charms and sparkly penis-shaped keyrings in purple and yellow finishes. Rounding out the range, Pleasing and Anderson developed their own nail polish set, which includes silver-black, yellow, orange and purple shades.
The Pleasing x JW Anderson collaboration is now available to shop on both brands’ webstores, with prices ranging from $20 USD to $990 USD. Take a look at the full lineup in the gallery above.
