W Hotels Partners With Amsterdam Dance Event To Round Off a Year of Elevated Music Experiences

Turning W Amsterdam into a home for inspiring creativity with a schedule of immersive events.

Earlier this month, W Amsterdam opened its doors for a five-day music program continuing the W Hotels partnership with ADE (Amsterdam Dance Event): the world’s largest electronic music conference and festival.

As part of the hotel’s ongoing commitment to create an inspiring space for creatives and music fans through various cultural programming, this partnership follows on from W PRESENTS — W Hotels global live music series which spotlights a diverse mix of emerging and established artists who embody the brand’s distinctive sonic identity –that stopped in Algarve, Edinburgh, Budapest and London this year. The curation of immersive and insightful sound activations throughout ADE included panel talks, exhibitions, artist activations, and DJ line-up, bringing together industry leaders and the music community.

Following the success of last year’s partnership with Paris-based music company Cercle, one of the key collaborators was the debut of House of 10 in Amsterdam — an event concept with previous editions in Bodrum, Mykonos, and Ibiza launched by Belvedere Vodka — designed to offer bespoke luxury lifestyle experiences to elevate ADE for 2024.

W Amsterdam hosted an array of live performances in its communal spaces and opened up its signature WOW Suites for exclusive pop-ups in partnership with Insomniac Records that saw renowned DJs take center stage including Philou Louzolo, Mau P, Amal Nemer and HUGEL.

Having also worked with community collective FEMME House on a live music series with production workshops in North America earlier this year, W Hotels brought their relationship across the Atlantic as W Amsterdam became host to its European debut. A panel talk alongside Her Dancefloor featured leading figures in the music industry, co-hosted by long-time collaborator and W Hotels music curator, LP Giobbi and Emily Bass of FEMME House, the panel included insight from Andy George of Lost Village festival, DJ Honeyluv, Mayola Charles from META and music editor Megan Venzin, with the event also welcoming artist mentorships and showcases through various sessions throughout the day.

W Hotels further elevated its platform to showcase the debut of Spanish DJ Indira Paganotto’s independent label ARTCORE merchandise collection launched at X BANK concept store. Boasting a line-up of live sets, the curation also gave visitors an exclusive opportunity to explore pieces from the winter range. During the evening, a stellar line-up headlined at the W Lounge overseeing the city with Chloe Caillet, Elkka, Busy P, LP Giobbi, jan Blomqvist, and many more vibing throughout the night.
