Last month, Paris-based rerailer Starcow revived Saucony’s Pro Grid Omni 9 in a zesty collaborative colorway. Following that release, the two brands have announced a new “Desert” variant, continuing to broaden the retro sneaker’s appeal.
Designed with retro details and the great outdoors in mind, the sneaker combines durability, performance with Starcow’s urban aesthetics. Doused in a desert-like hue, the silhouette exudes military-inspired appeal with elements imbued in earthy tones. The upper is a blend of rubber overlays and a Cordura base. Subtle orange accents are incorporated on the heel and tongue in co-branding as well as “Omni 9” letterings.
