J. Cole‘s debut mixtape The Come Up is officially available on streaming services for the first time ever.

The 21-track project marked Cole’s first ever release and dates back to May 2007, with DJ OnPoint serving as the mixtape’s host. Deacon and Nervous Reck made guest appearances on “Carolina On My Mind” and the bonus track “I Do My Thing,” while samples from the likes of Ye, Nas, JAY-Z and Roy Ayers were utilized in addition to the artist’s self-produced tracks. Unlike the original release, however, the streaming version doesn’t include “Throw It Up,” “Mighty Crazy,” “Get It” and “I Do My Thing.”

Upon its release, The Come Up was downloaded and streamed over half a million times and viewed more than 1,800,000 times on DatPiff.

The mixtape’s streaming debut arrives alongside Cole’s announcement of Inevitable, his newest “limited audio series” that features unreleased music and personal anecdotes of his career. “It’s hard to write a caption to describe what this is. I really don’t know what to call it. We settled on calling it an ‘audio series’ but to me it plays like a movie in the form of a conversation. First, me and Ib spent mad days talking to Scott, recapping the whole journey up to present day. Front to back. It was new, it was fun, it was emotional and more than anything, it was therapeutic,” he shared on Instagram.
