Pharrell's JOOPITER Announces J Balvin Pa La Cultura Auction
Featuring some of his rarest pieces from Louis Vuitton, Jacob & Co., Nike and more.
J Balvin has teamed up with Pharrell‘s JOOPITER for an auction of some of the rarest items from his personal collection.
Featuring a selection of curated pieces including high jewelry, sneakers, luxury accessories, artwork, design pieces and sculptures, the “J Balvin Pa La Cultura” auction also includes works by renowned designers and artists such as Louis Vuitton, Jacob & Co., Ben Baller, Nike, Saint Laurent, Gucci, Supreme, Takashi Murakami, Louis De Guzman x Modernica and Matt Gondek. Special pop culture artifacts to note include the iconic collaborations with The Simpsons and Sponge Bob Squarepants.
Beyond sneakers, apparel and accessories, the auction sees the Colombian star introduce six original pieces from the Vita Veloce Team (VVT), which his his recent partnership design studio with Italian designer Mattias Gollin. These one-of-a-kind pieces were developed in collaboration with artists Bogdan Plakov, The Pink Lemonade, Gaetano di Dio, NM3, and Lucas and Arya from MSCHF and are brought to market for the first time through this auction.
