atmos and Salomon have their third collaboration in less than two years ready to go — the XT-6 GORE-TEX “Concrete Jungle,” a ready-for-anything style that draws its inspiration from the expansive Tokyo streets. The shoe’s inspiration is communicated concisely and literally thanks to a concrete-like mixture of grey and black hues and an artful speckled pattern that can be seen atop the model’s overlays. A unique detail is also present on the throat, where an atmos logo hit and “Waterproof” text replaces the standard Salomon branding. From a technical standpoint, this collaborative XT-6 supplies a waterproof GORE-TEX membrane, ACS midsole chassis, rugged Contagrip outsole and familiar quick lace system. atmos has also created a matching “Gradient Mountain Parka” to accompany the release and even collaborated with cycling company LEADER on fixed and free-gear bikes that offer an identical speckled print.

The collaborative partners are wasting no time in building their oeuvre, as the “Concrete Jungle” follows the release of an XT-6 “Stars Collide” collab in April 2023 and an ACS+ CSWP “Strata Fossil” in October 2023.
