LCD Soundsystem Premieres New Song “X-Ray Eyes” on NTS Radio
The band’s first new music in two years.
A new track from LCD Soundsystem made its debut on London’s NTS Radio. The track is called “X-Ray Eyes” and was played by DJ Anu during the show Soup to Nuts.
Making its debut just before the 20-minute mark, the song hears James Murphy whisper “I got eyes that can see inside,” per BrooklynVegan. According to Anu, the track will be “out soon” but hasn’t yet made it onto any streaming platforms.
“X-Ray Eyes” is the first new music fans have heard from LCD Soundsystem in two years, following “New Body Rhumba,” which was created for Netflix’s White Noise soundtrack. The band’s last album american dream arrived in 2017.
