OAMC SS24 Brings a Sensually Light Touch to Menswear
A balancing act of silhouettes and fine fabrics.
The Italian imprint OAMC is going on a mission of reinvigoration with its latest collection for the Spring/Summer 2024 season. With it, founder/creative director Luke Meier is bringing a sensually light character to menswear.
As a quick refresher, the creative director has built his expertise at brands like Supreme, Jil Sander and of course OAMC. So there’s no question regarding about if the designs will be good. Rather, the question revolves around what Meier and his OAMC brand are going to do this time. With the latest, the brand sets forth a balancing act of silhouettes and fine fabrics – exploring how the delicacy and personality of masculinity via menswear can evolve. But Meier does not just wander. He pushes the needle.

The ethos of the collection was largely inspired by the American painter and sculptor. From it, OAMC’s latest channels the warmth and modernity that resided within the artist’s life. Inside the collection, tailoring functions as the heart and soul. Everything from suits to overcoats is met with a precise edge that dances with contemporary notes. It’s fluid, yet fanciful.
The same character is seen in the range of pieces including nylon outerwear, knitwear, button-down tops and more, which are livened by select multicolored artist designs. Undeniably, OAMC’s SS24 collection keeps its eyes facing forward without losing touch with what works in menswear.
