The series announced that The Bear star will be hosting the February 3 episode, with Jennifer Lopez serving as the musical guest. Edebiri will make her SNL appearance just after a successful awards season sweep — the 28-year-old actress took home the Emmy Award for Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Comedy Series, the Golden Globe for Best Actress – Television Series Musical or Comedy and the Critics’ Choice Awards for Best Actress in a Comedy Series for her role as Sydney Adamu in The Bear.
