Longines Brings Back Its Emblematic Conquest Central Power Reserve
Arriving in champagne, anthracite gray and black colored dials.

To commemorate the 70th anniversary of Longines’ Conquest collection, the brand is bringing back one of the series’s iconic references. The freshly unveiled Conquest Heritage reference is a reincarnation of the Conquest Central Power Reserve — a historical timepiece that dates back to the 1950s and is known for its poetic way of displaying the watch’s power reserve.
Keeping true to its iconic design, its power reserve indicator still appears as two rotating discs on its circular dial. The new timepiece now comes in a slightly larger 38mm in comparison to its original, which features a more compact 35mm case size. Exuding vintage appeal, the spotlighted colorway features a champagne-colored watch face with yellow gold-hued elongated indices. In addition, the timepiece is also available in an anthracite gray dial with rose gold colored appliqués, as well as a black edition with silver-tone dial embellishments.
Like almost all modern reiterations, the watch caliber has been upgraded with a new one that is better suited and equipped for collectors today. Beating at the heart is Longine’s very own L896.5 caliber geared with 25,200 hourly vibrations and a total power reserve of 72 hours.
The trio of Conquest Heritage Central Power Reserve models are now available to shop via Longines for the price of $3,800 USD watch.
