Official Images of the adidas AE1 "Arctic Fusion"
A fitting look for the Minnesota Timberwolves star.
With his fourth season in the NBA, Anthony Edwards has been playing a key role in leading the Minnesota Timberwolves to the top of the Western Conference. The explosive guard is averaging 26 points per game, in part due to his new kicks — the adidas AE1. Serving as Edwards’ first signature shoe with adidas, the AE1 made its debut at the end of 2023 and has already garnered much demand for more releases.
While colorways such as his own “Stormtrooper” look are set to arrive in the coming months, it’s time for a Timberwolves-esque “Arctic Fusion” to take center stage. The new presentation of the sneaker leans on the aforementioned teal hue as it covers both the textured TPU overlay and the BOOST-backed sole unit. As for the textile upper, it arrives in black with white adidas branding visible at the heel and Edwards’ “AE” logo at the tongue tag.
Release for Anthony Edwards’ adidas AE1 in this “Arctic Fusion” colorway begins on January 25 via adidas at 3am EST and select retailers at a starting price of $120 USD.
