Precious Trust and Pot Plant Club Unite For A Limited Collection

In a fusion of style, culture and creativity, the “Precious Plant Club” collaboration has emerged as the latest collaboration between Dubai-based Algerian label, Precious Trust, and South Africa‘s urban trendsetter, Pot Plant Club. The capsule collection bridges the gap between Dubai’s burgeoning creative scene and Cape Town‘s vibrant street culture.
The brands first crossed paths at the Sole DXB festival in Dubai, where they recognized a number of similarities in terms of design and community influences as they both straddle the line between streetwear and skateboarding culture. This collection naturally came together, drawing inspiration from the high-energy of Precious Trust and the tech-driven, quality-focused ethos of Pot Plant Club resulting in a versatile collection that works for both a cooling Dubai and a Cape Town ready to embrace spring.
The brainchild of the collaboration, “Precious Plant Club”, symbolizes the merge of two worlds, each known for its distinctive aesthetic and cultural influences while breaking down geographical barriers. This collaboration resonates with those who experienced their teenage years in the 21st century. It features hydrophobic parachute pants, t-shirts and beanies inspired by 90s grunge graphics and vibrant baby tees. Additionally, the capsule includes leather accessories, cargo shorts and peak caps that pay homage to the early 2000s.
After a successful pop-up which took place in Cape Town, limited-edition pieces from the capsule are now made available exclusively in select stores in South Africa and online soon on the Precious Trust website.
