Peak Performance is widely known for its technical outerwear offering featuring bold and progressive design combined with long-lasting performance. This season sees the label add a limited-edition range to its signature Helium product line.

With a heritage rooted in the Swedish mountains, the brand was born from the affinity of skiing on untouched terrain. For its latest Helium Utility FLO collection, the task for the design team was to optimize available resources while pushing the boundaries of design. Resourcefulness proved key and led to the brand utilizing surplus fabrics from excess materials such as helium, and leftover trims to create a limited-edition collection of unique jackets.

Arriving in bold color-blocked colorways in eight unique combinations, the latest range continues to keep performance at the forefront. Constructed from 850 fill power (90% Goose down, 10% Feather) as well as RDS certification for ethical warmth, Peak Performance’s use of PFC-free durable water-repellent treatment and wind-resistant features is built for all-weather protection.

Speaking on the latest collection, product developer at the outdoor label, Magdalena Gelander says, “We wanted to maximize our use of available resources and create something truly special. It turned into a mathematical puzzle, but the end result surpassed our expectations.”
