With the 2023-24 NBA season just around the corner, Nike is releasing yet another LeBron James signature shoe, this time in partnership with FaZe Clan. The Nike LeBron Witness 8 is launching soon, with arrival of a “Lakers”-inspired edition.

Staying true to the team’s colors, the “Lakers” colorway consists of hues of black, university gold and field purple. While most of the shoe shows off a black mesh base that complements the tumbled leather eyestay overlays, purple accents are seen on the tongue, laces, vamp overlays as well as the collar. Additional university gold highlights detail the Swoosh and eyelets to give the purple and gold aesthetic. James’ signature lion emblem is outlined in gold on the tongue tag. The shoe sits atop a black midsole with a visible Air Max unit on the heel and a purple rubber outsole for traction.

The Nike LeBron Witness 8 “Lakers” arrives in the coming months for a retail price of $110 USD at select stores and online at Nike in October.

In other footwear news, the Nike Air Force 1 Low “Molten Metal” has arrived.
