NYC's Peruvian Restaurant Llama Inn Heads to London
Open at The Hoxton in London’s Shoreditch neighborhood from September 1.
Peruvian restaurant Llama Inn has made a name for itself through awe-inspiring cultural dishes that bring Peru to New York City. Juan Correa and Chef Erik Ramirez opened Llama Inn in 2015, garnering culinary appraisal and bringing its tasty dishes to London this September.
Llama Inn will take over The Hoxton’s rooftop space in East London’s Shoreditch neighborhood, delivering modernized flavors to local inhabitants. The restaurant opens in partnership with Carte Blanched, welcoming guests from September 1 to experience the magic.
The London location will emulate Llama Inn’s Brooklyn original, preparing a fresh menu inspired by its founders’ Peruvian-American heritage. Peru and NYC collide on every dish, providing a unique experience that expands your palette. Marcin Maliczowski will man the London kitchen, offering lunch, dinner, and weekend brunch services. From pork shoulder buns and yuzu scallops to seafood rice and crispy squid, Llama Inn is ready to storm the UK culinary scene.
