Tinashe Releases New Single “Talk to Me Nice”
Blending R&B, pop and alternative sounds.
Tinashe continues to prove that she’s in a lane of her own with the release of her new single, “Talk To Me Nice.”
Opening with a pulsating beat, the track immediately grabs attention before the artist comes in. But what succeeds about the new song is Tinashe’s blend of R&B, pop and alternative elements – which has been a signature skill of hers. Interestingly layered, the song moves through different layers that almost appear as different tracks, but it all occurs in a seamless way that remains in the same arena.
“Mix up my days, got me in a daze/Stuck in a phase, so talk to me nice/Come get me laid, sing me lullabies, yeah/Come drive me craze ‘fore I catch a flight,” sings Tinashe in the chorus.
Complimenting the track is an accompanying music video that reveals a honey-blonde-haired Tinashe peeling off a layer of dead skin on her face before trickles of rain drench the singer. Check out her new track “Talk To Me Nice” in the music video above.
