Cam’ron Announces New Mixtape, His First Solo Project in 4 Years
With a possible feature from Ma$e.

Cam’ron has more than once said that he may retire, but for now, The Diplomats rapper is still going strong. Currently, most of his energy goes towards the sports talk show he co-hosts with Ma$e, It Is What It Is, which debuted earlier this year.
In the meantime, Cam’ron will be returning with his first solo project since 2019’s Purple Haze 2. That last album marked his first LP in 10 years and served as a sequel to 2004’s Purple Haze.
Cam’ron didn’t share a title for the forthcoming mixtape but told fans that it’ll be out on July 28. He previewed a few hard-hitting bars from one of the tracks.
Ma$e was also tagged in the post as well as Cam’ron wrote “the old murda is back,” meaning his talk show co-host likely has a feature on the tape.
