Ralph Lauren Will Return to New York Fashion Week This September
For the first time since September 2019.

Ralph Lauren will stage a runway show during New York Fashion Week this September, according to WWD.
The event will take place on the evening of September 8, though a location has not yet been announced. Per the outlet, the show will include a women’s collection, though it is not yet confirmed whether it will also feature menswear.
The fashion show will mark Lauren’s grand return to NYFW. The designer has not shown on the calendar since September of 2019, when he debuted his high-end supper club, Ralph’s Club, on Wall Street, followed by a performance from Janelle Monáe. In the years following, Lauren has staged runways off-calendar, in both Los Angeles and New York.
Lauren’s most-recent U.S. fashion show took place at the Huntington Library, Art Museum and Botanical Gardens in San Marino, California on October 13, 2022. The showcase included new additions to his entire lineup, including his Purple Label, Double RL, Polo Ralph Lauren, childrenswear and men’s and women’s mainline collections.
Prior to that show, Lauren took over New York’s Museum of Modern Art in March of last year; he put on his café society show at his flagship store in February of 2019, and he celebrated the brand’s 50th anniversary with a runway at the Bethesda Terrace in Central Park in September of 2018.
Most recently, Lauren appeared on the Milan Fashion Week Men’s calendar in June, during which he debuted a Purple Label collection, titled “Dolce Vita.”
