The members of the K-pop boy band BTS have been working on their solo careers since going on hiatus so that some can complete their mandatory military service.

Earlier this week J-Hope announced he would be releasing a physical version of his solo LP Jack In the Box, which included new instrumentals and live performances recorded before he left for the military.

Jung Kook has now taken over BBC’s Radio One Live Lounge for a thoughtful cover of the Oasis single “Let There Be Love.” The cover pared down the 2005 track, with the artist backed by just a piano melody and gentle guitar and violin harmonies.

The K-pop star also performed one of his own cuts, “Seven,” before surprising fans with the cover from the local British rock band.

In other music news, Tony Bennett had died at 96.
