Following its car-inspired Xbox series X collaboration, German automobile titan Porsche has tapped premium paint brand Backdrop for an unexpected union.

The limited-edition partnership takes Porsche’s iconic paint jobs to your home, paying tribute to 75 years of iconic vehicle design. Backdrop and Porsche return to the latter’s humble beginnings, recreating four car-centric hues to brighten up your living space with emblematic Porsche history.

Backdrop Creative Director Natalie Ebel worked with the Porsche design team to produce “Ruby Star,” “Irish Green,” “Riviera Blue,” and “Speed Yellow” heritage-inspired paint colors. Each tone holds significance in the Porsche legacy, delivering saturated pigments to match your walls and cars.

“Ruby Star” first appeared on vintage Porsche models in 1991, blasting its bold magenta identity on the 911, 928, and 944. “Irish Green” dates back to 1964, decorating the Porsche 911 and 356C sports car with its somber shade. Lively “Riviera Blue” and “Speed Yellow” injected energetic fun into further iconic models, becoming synonymous with Porsche’s fast-paced automobiles.

Take a closer look at the Backdrop x Porsche paint collaboration in the gallery above. The colors are available for $75 USD per gallon via Backdrop.
