Denmark unites in the form of PalmesHUMAN Research Studio sunglasses collaboration.

For the collaboration, Palmes reflects on its tennis-leaning sensibilities by creating a pair of performance sunglasses informed by, and designed for, the tennis world. In the words of its founder Nikolaj Hansson, the sunnies “seek to refine the feeling of tennis from a progressively forward-thinking perspective, in line with the DNA of Palmes.”

In order to do so, Palmes took HUMAN Research Studios’ Ritual performance eyewear style and applied plenty of its own finishing touches. It arrives in a mixture of colors, combining red-purple mirrored 20% high contrast lenses with HRS’ branding on the bridge with arms in a court-ready shade of green, these too treated to extra touches of branding, this time from both of the collaborators.

To ensure maximum wearability while playing the sport, the Ritual sunglasses feature hydrophobic, oleophobic, anti-fog coatings. Enhanced abilities also include an adjustable nosepiece that enables the sunnies to fit from sizes small to large, and the style is also lightweight thanks to it being made from 45% bioplastic, also making them somewhat sustainable.

Palmes’ HUMAN Research Studio Ritual collaboration can be seen in the gallery above and you can purchase the limited-edition shades yourself for £230/$300 USD now.

In other news, Balmain has dropped a new fashion jewelry collection.
