Take a Closer Look at the Moncler x FRGMT Collector's Edition Varsity Jacket
The “Waterfall Blue” number is limited to just 30 units.

Hiroshi Fujiwara and Moncler are back together again, and while the collaborative FRGMT collection is particularly strong all-around, there’s one specific piece that’s set to have fashionphiles in a chokehold — the varsity jacket.
This special collector’s item is produced under the Moncler Genius line and is designed for real FRGMT fans. Those in the know will be familiar with Fujiwara’s love for the varsity jacket, meaning this collaborative piece comes as no surprise.
The jacket in question comes in either black or a fetching summer-ready hue of “Waterfall Blue.” It is this that Hypebeast spotlights; here, we find a heavy felted wool body padded with a light down filling and white leather pockets and sleeves, evocative of varsity jackets from the ’80s.
Every detail is meticulously thought out, from the 3D logo that blends “F” and “M” markings together as one to the lily flower embroidery on the chest, joint branding on the rear, the serial number on the arm, and the branding inside. Such details continue the IYKYK factor, as the circular logo on the back of the jacket nods to collectors being a part of a group.
Just 30 examples of the “Waterfall Blue” Celsia Down varsity jacket exist. It’s an online exclusive and retails for $3,435 USD. Take a look at the rare exhibit above. The full Moncler x FRGMT collection can be found here.
