A trailer is out for the film adaptation of Five Nights at Freddy’s. The franchise debuted in 2014 with the inaugural video game created by Scott Cawthon and has produced eight more installments over the past decade.

The game follows an employee at Freddy Fazbear’s Pizza working the night shift. After locking up, he discovers that the restaurant’s animatronic characters come to life and must defend himself against them until the sun rises.

Josh Hutcherson stars as unknowing nighttime security guard Mike Schmidt who shows up for his first work shift at Freddy Fazbear’s Pizza. It’s not long, however, before he discovers he’s not alone at the restaurant.

Cawthon wrote the film alongside Seth Cuddeback and its director Emma Tammi. In addition to Josh Hutcherson, the cast also includes Elizabeth Lail, Piper Rubio, Kat Conner Sterling, Mary Stuart Masterson, Matthew Lillard, Lucas Grant and Jessica Blackmore.

Watch the trailer for Five Nights at Freddy’s ahead of the movie’s premiere in theaters on October 27.

In other entertainment news, John Wick: Chapter 4 will release a director’s cut.
