Official Look at the Nike Ja 1 "Hunger"

Update: While Ja Morant and the Memphis Grizzlies’ season has come to an end courtesy of LeBron James and the Los Angeles Lakers, Morant and Nike Basketball are staying active with the rollout of the Ja 1. Now launching in a previously spotted “Hunger” colorway that features mismatched kicks, the shoe is expected to hit shelves on May 25 via Nike and select retailers at a price of $110 USD.
Original Story: Despite the recent gun incident that has Ja Morant suspended for additional NBA games, Nike and the basketball player’s partnership shows no signs of stopping down.
In anticipation of the upcoming colorways for Morant’s first signature Nike Basketball shoe, the Ja 1, on-feet images of the new “Mismatch” pair has surfaced. The shoe comes dressed in a game royal, black, university red, photo blue, bright crimson and vivid orange color scheme. The mismatch design sees the game royal highlight the upper on the right foot, while the left is emphasized in a bright crimson hue. The outsoles reciprocate the mismatched color tones will the midsole is accented in a black, speckled design. Constructed in mesh, the shoe features the wrapped around Swoosh branding around the midfoot and the signature “Ja” branding with his number “12” on the heels.
